Hey Pedal Power guys!

Just a note to tell you how satisfied we are with the bike rentals. They were comfortable and safe with no mechanical difficulties or even a flat tire. It rained on our first day out of Passau. After that, it was 30-35C for ten days. Your recommendation to take the RadExpress Donau saved us the stress of a train change. Our experience with Pedal Power has encouraged us to make Vienna our preferred base for middle- and eastern-Europe bike tours.

For Sandy and I, this is our seventeenth summer cycling tour in Europe and the first time we have rented bikes instead of bringing our own from the US. Your rental made it possible to enjoy our tour without the inconvenience and difficulty of dealing with the airport procedures.

On a prectical note, Sandy found your bicycle seat much more comfortable than the one she rides daily here in Seattle. Could you provide a make and model number of the bicycle seat that you have on her bike? Comfortable seats are hard to find.

Vielen Dank!  Hat alles super geklappt. Gute Velos, keine Probleme und (akzeptable) Wetterverhältnisse. Werden Euch gerne weiterempfehlen.
Wir waren auch über das"velofreundliche" Wien sehr erfreut und haben das "Radeln" richtig genossen.
Uebrigens... die bei unserer Ankunft gekauften zwei Wien-Card's haben wir vor unserem Rückflug unbenutzt weiterverschenkt...
